How do I contact support?

Email us at [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent issues, please include 'URGENT' in your subject line.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle supports credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

How do I request a refund?

We offer a 14-day refund window for subscriptions and a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime licenses. Email [email protected] with your account email and order number. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Contact [email protected] to request account deletion. We will process your request within 24 hours. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data first.
